Question about stores

Hi guys.
I've seen a lot of people promoting his own stores on dispenser, tf2outpost, etc... are stores that trading games for keys or other in-game items. Its is so cool. But i've never seen people promoting external stores websites for buying with paypal or credit car. Is prohibited by the admins or something? i cant read that in the rules.

I ask because im about to launch my store and i would like to promote my catalog in the trade section and my offers in the deal section.
Can be possible?
