Name the game?

Ok the thing is that many years ago on steam I downloaded a demo of a game but I can't find it anymore and I don't know the name of it either. It is a bit old I think because I had Dark Messiah installed.
The game cover was like a guy with spiked hair, can't remember well but I think he was asian, he had a tank top and tattoos on an arm, and he had like a fire arm. I remember on the demo he did some sort of fire spell with his arm to kill the enemies. Whenever I think about the enemies I think about the mage guys with hooks from Dark Messiah.
