Arrive when the sale begins. This time it was a weekend sale change. It's always at the same time I think, for example it's 7 P.M. for me.
I saw the price glitch, but just thought it was the regular discount, wouldn't buy it at that price either.

yes and no.
Steam only has price errors when a sale starts, so you have to go see the deals at the right time to find any price error.

Wouldn't call it "luck". You just have to be at Steam Main Page when new daily/weekend/midweek deals appear and check what appeared.
Once in a while something will happen XD
