Google chrome slow and unresponsive

don't really know
already moving from chrome to firefox (ultimate version)
but yeah, chrome is frakin big (RAM, resource, everything), even though i only use like 3 tab
not gonna use it anymore unless they (google) resolve it

You should probably sleep more, you posted this during the night.

make sure the browser is up to date, make sure the addons aren't the problem by disabling them and restarting chrome, clear cache, browing history, unused bookmarks, disable internet search on url typing

Yes, i have noticed it recently with Version 43.0.2357.81 m

Seems like some unstable build changes creeping into the final versions. Could be extensions (I use about 7-8).
Regarding the more RAM usage thingy, its because of a neat little feature that prevents others tabs from crashing when one stupid page starts acting up.
But then again, am facing similar freezes with Firefox as well. So maybe chrome not completely to blame.

You can also try clearing your temp files and defrag your OS drive. That should help!
