Actually it works something like this at present for the rules.
You have given at least $50 publicly.
You haven't won $50 yet.
i.e. lvl 2+ public GA user who has given at least more than they've won.
You've done more than your share, I just wanted to do a low level thingy. It's just an experiment. I expect other stuff I do to be very different. :)

But with invite only GAs that's already something you can do. I can choose to only give out the link to my friends with red hair. This just allows me to put it out there and let those who fulfill my personal reason for sharing. Get me? :)

I believe that's a feature that is being added. Seeing if people actually legitimately came by the url.

Puzzles discriminate against those who can't think around into the puzzle creators mind ;)

I decided for fun to try this on behalf of lowbies and make it good odds.
