How do you send the game...

to the winner's e-mail? I've got the items in my inventory and I'd like to send it to their email for less hassle.

Also, what do I do if the gift was sent but he did not click on received gift?

You select the game you wish to gift.

when you send it, it'll ask you how you want to send it. Via steam or via email.

Select email, and write it in.

Note that when they accept, they will automatically be added to your friends list.

Click here, choose your gift, click on "Send Gift", and fill the form with the winner email.

OK, so where do I get the winner's email and any answer for my previous question regarding gifts not marked as received despite me sending it already?

To view winner(s) email address(es), visit the giveaway managment page and click the link for the giveaway under the sent column to reveal the relevant email address(es) - just as Air73 has said :)

If you sent the gift, but he does not mark as received, you contact support. They will manually mark as received if it appears the winner has applied the game to their account.
