Is MP keys for Dark Messiah of M&Ms is allowed?

He has this game in steam profile. So maybe it's good MP key. But maybe not.
Is there any ways to check key? Is it exploited or normal one?

There is no "good" version of a MP key. The only way to legit way to get a MP key is to buy the regular game, or to be Polish. Anyone giving away the keys is a tool that is trying to appear more generous than they actually are.
