  1. How to exclude some games(not interesting to me) from the list of giveaways?
  2. How to choose only region restricted giveaways, excluding others?
    I don't see any filters there. Is it possible?

Next to the name of the game of the giveaway, you will find a steam button and a half crossed eye. Clicking this eye icon will allow you to hide that game from the list of giveaways. I do not know of any filters for your second question
