For me, the intention is what counts — though of course I can’t really verify whether winners will play the games. BTW, you have been added! ;)

That wasn't the case when I first joined SG, but now I've caught up and only try to win games that I want to play.
Some tools (ESGST) can give you an idea of the percentage rate of games played. Even if some manual checks are necessary to verify the data, they still generally provide a good overview.

I'm looking to expand my whitelist to around 300 users (currently at 61).
I'm not strict about activity, contribution level, or playing the game right away.
