Game - bundled, DLC also will be bundled (if it's not in a list)?

If game and some DLC was bundled - will other DLC's for this game counting like bundled?

I have DLC DB BR232 Loco Add-On for Train Simulator, and it is not in bundle list - how much I will get if I giveaway him?

As long as the DLC itself was not in a bundle, you will be fine. One example: Unhack was in a recent bundle. Its DLC, Unhack: Destruction was never bundled so far and gives full CV.
