The winner of my giveaway already have this DLC, what should I do?

Hi. I just gaveaway a Batman Origin DLC, but it seems that the winner has already it in his library.

Should I create a support ticket asking for a new winner or I should give it to him?

Sometimes people forget they own DLC, so just ask for a reroll ;)

reroll of course, I had similar problem, I won one dlc which I already had. (thought that option not to show games I already have works better on sg2). It doesn't really must be his blame.
