Some of these are removed from store games (temp or permanently) like Mafia 2, Nosgoth, or newer versions like Bioshock, Darksiders. Telltale changed most of their old episodic games steam page link (and therefore the appid) a lot so that explains that...
A few like ARK and COD are from free weekends like it mentions, your previous sync showed you had the game during free weekend but now you don't have it.
The rest I don't know tbh \o/

I'm certainly interested in the giveaway. Pretty sad that I can't win a wishlisted game from giveaways now. :(
as Shanti said, so much changes behind the scenes of Steam's Distribution that it's nuts.
Just check out Steamdb.info/history/ and you'll see just how many changes there are.

never used that feature, maybe api issues/down, you may get better answers on itad's bug tracker

It's pretty much been answered by the others:

• A few games have actually been removed.
• Some free weekend stuff clogs up the logs.
• Lots of games change sub/id over time due to being repackaged, condensed, etc.

As far as I know, I've never had this happen to me before. So...I can't help :(

I never use ITAD's log as it shows too many entries for games being added/removed.

Regarding the logs, I see the same thing. I usually look into the Stamdb info to make sure because the ITAD logs are a bit too overwhelming.
