Got it with Opera's VPN set to USA, and then it activated fine on my Steam account here in Argentina, so their region restrictions are as BS as always.

Went through the Fanatical region restrictions and it seems it's not available in these countries: Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Hong Kong, India, Kazakhstan, North Korea, Macedonia, Morocco, Myanmar, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Russia, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Uruguay, Vietnam.

After these restrictions on their giveaways became the norm, I simply stopped buying from Fanatical. Of course I could have set up an account with a VPN etc., but it's a matter of principle. They don't seem to be interested in my custom.
