Never mind, after looking for the original, I found out it has nothing to do with Firewatch, although it comes up when you search for "Firewatch wallpaper" (and many people online said it is from the game).
It's just a nice artwork, which isn't inspired by any game. :)

Ah, ok. Having Firewatch on my wishlist for a few years by now I was confused as I've never seen anything linke that in the game (in videos). But indeed, I quite like the wallpaper - too dark for me to actually use it though.
