Where do I need to go to when I need EA support!?

I'm afraid that is going to cost me alot. They have send me a free key, but now I have to pay for support to use the key?

Well with most sites I use social media as quick support. Because many others do want to help people and will respons within an hour like microsoft. I only ask on Social media for simple things, I don't try to make them look bad just ask them to take a look at my ticket.

That is going to cost me a alot xD I live in the Netherlands, but also in The Netherlans the costs for 1 phone call can be really high, especially when they put you on wait and I almost know for sure they are going to tell me to contact EA by mail because it's a problem on Origin itself. So I don't really know if EA NL can help me with it.
