Regarding the original Steam version of Shan Gui. The developer of the game advises against purchasing it due to their conflict with the publisher, considers this version to be illegal and instead recommends purchasing their next game, Bai Qu, that comes with an updated version of Shan Gui with remastered voices. The Android version was published with the permission of the developer and is actually the remastered version. More info here.
