As far as I know Pakistan is not part of the 17 Middle East countries or the 10 South-East Asia ones, but I'd be happy to learn otherwise...

It's not part of ME, but it is part of SEA. But Pakistan is not region locked on steam, so it's not considered in any region.

Well i am from turkey but pardon my english i didn't understand exactly the purpose of the group.Do we gonna make giveaways which can only middle easterns enter ? and Do we have to donate games to enter giveaways , can u please respond me and dont know why you blocked me on steam.

Like many people here I don't accept friend invites on Steam unless I know the user from the forums here, from a group or as part of delivering or receiving a key for a giveaway. Your invite didn't fit any of these, so I ignored it. Nothing personal. The best way to communicate in this case would be to use this thread.
The purpose of this group is to give games to people from the Middle East. Unlike many groups it's not mandatory to create any giveaways, but there are some minimum requirements to get an invite. See the first post for details.
