I'm from Israel.
Too bad I don't meet some of the requirements :(

You are more than welcome to hang around :-)
To get to Level 2 you don't normally need to advertise your giveaways, but if you're short on entries (you need at least 5 to get CV), you might want to add a post here. If the giveaway is locked to a specific region, don't forget to specify it.
FYI, you are only about $11 worth of games from reaching Level 2. See this for more details.
Good luck! :-)

And a small tip to force punctuation marks to appear on the correct side (left side) if you're typing right-to-left (e.g. Hebrew) in a left-to-right page (like this one). Use a hidden RLM (right-to-left mark). To type it - just hold the left Alt and type 0254 in the numerical numpad on the right side of the keyboard. It's easy when you get used to it ;-)
Then again, for short sentences you can start with the punctuation mark. There's no visible difference.
BTW, the tip above can also be useful to those who write Arabic, Farsi or Urdu :-)

About criterion #6, it can be either by number of GAs or by Real CV, and you pass the latter:

About the negative trade feedback, reading both sides I think it's not as clear cut as either of you make it to be. Trades are not giveaways, and from my point of view trading a game which was given free is not a scam. Take for example Euro Truck Simulator 2. It's a $23 game which was given for free for a limited amount of time, and can't be used for giveaways on this site. This is why I and a few other contributors gave away ETS2 keys to people who had the game wishlisted prior to a certain date. Would it be wrong to trade these keys instead? I don't think so. It's considered a great game and there's no way to get it for free now. I just chose to give it for free because I'm retired from trading and wanted someone to enjoy the game.
Similarly, I don't think this user tried to scam you. I believe you two should be able to reconcile. It would be better for you guys to get rid of the negative feedback, both for trading, for joining groups (like this one) and for general good karma. Feel free to send me a friend invite on Steam if you want to discuss this further.

Fun fact: So far we had winners from Turkey, UAE, Israel, Egypt, Syria and Cyprus :-)
Don't you sometimes feel envious when you see those region-restricted giveaways and you're locked out because you live in the "wrong" place? Well, I certainly do and I want to be on the inside for once ;-) ...so, if you live in the Middle East, here's your opportunity to join some region-restricted giveaways (restricted by me, not by Steam). And
here'sa little consolation prize for those who aren't (and are L3+)How to join? Just go over the criteria below, and if you meet all requirements write your Steam profile country in a comment. I'll then verify your entry and will send you an invitation to the group over Steam.
Criteria for joining the group:
Here's what you need to do to join the group:
I check pending requests every few days, so be patient. Requests from users who didn't go through the first two steps will be denied.
Good luck!
