Humblebundle region locked

hey hey,

I have some left over keys from this and previous months from humblebundle Choice. but as i understand some/all of the keys are region locked?

is there a way to check to what regions are they keys locked to? I previously created a giveaway without knowing they're region locked, and some1 won giveaway and was unable to claim the game.. don't want that to repeat in my next giveaways.

just look at the Discussions or comments in them. Here's a comment about region locks for november.
