i guess its about euro and us rules - there are many diffr insurance rules etc. ... dealer take 2 cards before or after player stands ;-)

Fallout New Vegas ??? Though you will need to play a few hours to get to the Strip (where the casinos are) to play BlackJack there.
And your characters Luck stat might make the games more or less difficult...

The luck stat is direct control over the game. With LU 10, it is nigh impossible to lose. Plus you would need mods to play blackjack, since you get kicked out fast enough if you win enough.
