Help me prove to my friend that humble bundle isnt a scam

just tell him it's a scam.
then buy all the games he wishlisted, and trade them with a 500% overprice. :3

Tell him to send Mullins ^^ all steam keys, so she could test them. They could be viruses

If he can't be bothered to inform himself don't waste any more time on the subject. If he wants to die dumb then let him.

If he thinks it is a scam because HB only offers access to Steam content, then you can tell him to stop using Steam, or even buying game altogether. You never buy a game, you buy a license to use it.

He may have that opinion as maybe he is trying to find any excuse he can not to use Steam .....and it may be due to fear of some sort..

Like my grandma she reads and here about all this bad stuff on the internet from hacking,to children being targets and cheating sites and so forth,that she thinks it is evil and can is not any good.

As someone once said,We fear what we do not understand.

She does not understand the internet has never used it but knows some about it from what she has seen when people used it and what she heard but in the end she really knows noting but still fears it even know she has no real reason to hate it.

All i am saying is maybe your friend has some kind of fear of it or maybe some other reason they do not trust it even know they have never used it,the internet is a wonderful place but i htink to many take things they read sometimes to serious.Maybe they heard about the 5.00 to access friends and market and so on and think you have to pay to use it and just think that is the same way Humble works.

stop convincing him, taking care and beware of scams is always good..but he should trust your experience with Humble or google them...so i guess he is just stupid.

My friend refuses to use Humble Bundle. He says that if they really want to support charity, they should be giving the games out for free. (Which would make the charity in this case...him.)

Sounds like your friend isn't terrribly smart.
