How do you guys think, will there be more possibilities in game? Like possibility to explore planets and stuff?

Not yet, but there will be in a future update. You will also be able to walk around your ship and possibly the space ports. And in my opinion it is worth buying now with or without the discount. There is already plenty to do and the recent Power Play update adds a whole new part to the game which is like a rival political system fighting for control over the systems.

I doubt the game will be abandoned, although it may not get as developed and content rich as people hope. The game is complete, so there's no guarantee at all that anything not currently in the game will be added.

As Sisyphus17 said it is very unlikely the game will be abandoned in the near future. The owner of Frontier, David Braben, has said he has many ideas for expanding the game and will continue to do so as long as the game remains popular (in other words profitable for them) so I could see the game being worked on for a good couple of years at least. It is launching on Xbox One and will likely release on PS4 in the future so this will give the game an even larger player number.

I wouldn't buy it, buy then again I wouldn't spend that much on any game. You can get a pile of great games on 75% off right now rather than one pricey game.

I heard they might stop developing ED on PC and just focus on console, either xbox or playstation, can't remember... I heard that on E3...
