I have nothing to offer as to whether or not there is a penalty. The intelligence agencies of various countries may be keeping an eye on them, so they may be allowed to swim. 🐟.🕵

However, I do find it problematic when people go outside the scope of the discussion and post without prefacing it with an off-topic (spill, joke, etc.) and without specifying the link.🤔

[Personal fantasy]
What are the signs of an increase in unintelligible posts?

It seems like there is a lot of content posted on the previous page that is not good for the Russian government.

Well, I guess there are many truths that the Russian government does not want us to know. It seems like they only come back when it is particularly inconvenient for them. I think they want to let the worst, morally evil, indelible acts, which are very disgusting to the Ukrainian people and even the Russian people, fade away before people find out about them?

Modern Ukrainian culture. Song: "Muscovites on knives"🤡
I can't imagine that in Russia they gathered in a classroom and sang the song "Ukrainians on knives" in front of a "cultural" audience.

There are English subtitles in the video itself. This work is sung in Ukrainian.
If you search, it will be 99% only Ukrainian sites.

You know that people do make songs where they more or less directly call for death of oppressors and occupants?

Those two were "competing" to be Polish national anthem. They both refer to German / Russian occupation of Poland, and that we may need to kill occupants to be free again.

Rota:

We won't let German spit in our face
Nor Germanize our children
Armed up will arise our force
Holy Ghost will be leading
We'll go when the golden horn will sound
()
We won't let Poland's name be crushed
We won't go alive into coffin
In Poland's name, in her praise
We lift our heads in pride
Grandson regaining his forefathers' land

Anthem (Poland Is Not Yet Lost):

Poland has not yet perished,
So long as we still live.
What the foreign force has taken from us,
We shall with sabre retrieve.
()
A father, in tears,
Says to his Basia
Listen, our boys are said
To be beating the tarabans.

(Taraban is type of drum used to give orders to soldiers)

Russian Authorities Flee Ukraine Amid Fears of Counteroffensive: Ukraine

The General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces on Monday reported that Kremlin-installed authorities in Kherson Oblast were fleeing the region in order to escape a Ukrainian counteroffensive.
In an update on Facebook, the General Staff wrote that "[d]ue to fears of de-occupation of Ukrainian territories," Moscow's officials in the Russian-occupied cities of Oleshka and Skadovsk in Kherson were departing for Crimea.

Russian occupation authorities prepare to flee from Kherson Oblast – General Staff

Russian occupation authorities are preparing to flee from Kherson Oblast to Crimea, and local collaborators have also started leaving to the peninsula. [...]
Local collaborators have been detected leaving for the cities of Bakhchysarai, Simferopol and Kerch since 21 February, and the occupiers announced a so-called ‘evacuation’ for anyone interested from 24 February."
Details: The Russians used military lorries to transport the collaborators and allowed them to take hand luggage only.

The U.S. has been warning for a reasonable period of time about the possibility of China providing "bad support" to Russia.
Recently, there has been a resurgence of suspicion that the "coronavirus" has leaked from a "biolab" in China.
When you dare to bring up the subject in a situation where there is no need to make things "awkward", there must be a "rationale" or "reason for action".

If China promptly distances itself from Russia, I don't think anything will happen. However, in case that does not happen, it may be a good time for East Asians to think about taking a long trip or working abroad with a work visa.🛫🌏

Former US Army soldier John McIntyre served as a mercenary in Ukraine for a year. He collected documents, data, positions and names in order to later transfer them to Russia. In an exclusive interview with RT correspondent Murad Gazdiev, John spoke about how he had to become a Nazi, about the brutality of the Ukrainian military and about the difficulties and dangers he faced in order to escape from the UAF.

The Russian state government's main announcement is always the same ・・・・・・・.

It has been a year in which the Russian government has not abided by any international law, has allowed the massacre and torture of civilians, and has insisted on what suits them.
Russian Wagner is mercenary but legal. They are, of course, in violation of international law.
There is a certain understanding of the Ukrainian volunteers because they emerged from Russia's violation of international law, but even if we take a hundred steps back, the speaker is probably a victim of torture by the Russian government.

There is no guarantee that these stories are credible.

In the first place, with Russian soldiers surrendering with impunity, being kept alive in POW camps monitored by the international community, and being regularly informed, there would be no basis for truthful claims by those whom Russia would have taken prisoner in an environment without international monitoring. And this a year after the war started? That is very late.

At least if the story involved Al Jazeera or some other news organization that is neither Russian nor Western, it would have a little more credibility, but "RT" makes it look like just a bunch of crap... 🤔.
Most of the Russian human rights watchdog groups were kicked out, weren't they?

They are acting from the beginning with the intention of shielding and concealing their misdeeds.
A year has passed and some people may have forgotten...
It seems that Russia has quit the Council of Europe, the continent’s leading human rights watchdog, on March 15, 2022.
This was before an expected expulsion over its attack on Ukraine.
Russia is only the second country to leave this group since its formation after World War Two.
Is there any human rights organization that the Russian government does not suppress? Such is the state of affairs.
Thus, these stories are not worthy of credence.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iibs7buNwxQ&t=843s - The moment when he talks about outer Manchuria and the "North China Sea".
Mao had made private comments labeling the 1860 Russian annexation of outer Manchuria an unequal treaty.
In 1969 China and Russia battled against each other for control over an island of the former outer Manchuria. The crisis gradually died down but the border remained theoretically in dispute until its formal demarcation in 1991.
But just because China and Russia finally legally agreed on the border in 1991 doesn't mean that they will always legally agree on it forever. Especially if you consider that Russia and China have a history of not honoring their commitments (see: Budapest Memorandum).

If you read the news in full, you would understand that the restrictions are on organizations, not on users. Anyway, paid functions cannot be used thanks to the EU itself due to the inability to pay for them. And so even if the messages are encrypted, but certain organizations want to read them, then they just take and read them. And how can we talk about confidentiality in this case, that's just to prevent information leakage and a ban has been introduced.

Right now I'm writing you an answer from the cut-off Internet, according to your message. Not everything that is written in Europe is true, sometimes they try to pass it off as the truth while sitting in London and watching pictures provided by the Rain (although it was recently blocked in Europe), which do not always correspond to reality or from Telegram channels.
As it is, I don't use a VPN to view sites, unless those sites block users from Russia. https://www.fanatical.com / one of the examples.
Well, in general, free ones are not really looking for in connection with the very limited functionality and limitations that the free version has, but there is no way to pay for the extended functionality, as I wrote a little above. So it turns out that there is no point in looking for something, it will not work correctly anyway, and since there is no ban for users, even if there is, then no one cares and here only if they take it with violation and it will pass as an aggravating reason.
It was written about Wikipedia a little earlier, I won't even go over it.
I understand that nothing has changed, what does not correspond to a certain agenda is simply deleted and it is said that this is propaganda (the message was deleted 4 months ago).
Regarding the Draconian censorship laws that are being mentioned. The law is simple, very simple - "If you want to write about your OWN, then write, but all your texts, if you give facts, be ready to confirm. If you copy a fact, then it must be verified. If there is no way to double-check the fact, then take information from a verified source who can confirm it." That's the whole Draconian law.
And as you can see, CNN writes that Radio Liberty is sponsored by the US congress, as indicated that Medusa is from Latvia. This refers to an earlier discussion about independent media from Russia, which included Medusa, although it was said that this was not the case.
Regarding YouTube, there is no such thing, there is already an addition about it that this site is included in the list of foreign agents, because in order to show videos in Russia there is RuTube, so Kiryl Sukhotski flatters himself a little, trying to give out wishful thinking.
About propaganda and tactics. As you could see, when there were a lot of videos and photos from the battlefield, the situation developed very quickly, then they read these reviews on both sides and thanks to Starlink, the data turned out to be transmitted very quickly. But after the missiles hit the barracks, where the people posted a photo with metadata on the instructions of when, what and where it was taken, then immediately there was an understanding that this was one of the sources of information for the enemy, why the number of videos decreased, and after changing their location of several transmitting and receiving Starlink stations, it was accepted the decision to turn them off on a certain territory, so as not to help the other side, and the fact that it has become bad for the Ukrainian armed forces, then these are already accompanying losses.

If you believe the data about the number of destroyed combat units (tanks, planes, etc.) and add up supplies with captured combat units, then the question arises - "Why ask for new tanks if there were initially a lot, then they captured a lot and the enemy suffered very heavy losses?" That's why ask Abrams and Leopards, and fighters to start demanding. After all, according to the General Staff of Ukraine, everything has already been destroyed or captured.

To believe or not to believe is your right, just as they did not believe Rosstat earlier, which received a drop of only 2%, and they just add and divide, it's like not believing a calculator that received a completely different figure than planned. But at the same time it does not remove the question that is asked. "Why else tanks, if they put a lot of them, captured a lot and lost a little, but at the same time they ask for new tanks." And we have been asking you to inform us for a long time when it was said by the military that Huiv (sorry Kyiv) would be taken in 3 days.

🤡 Lavrov's clown show was a hit, people laugh (at him)
[Video on Twitter] - Lavrov repeated Russian favorite story in New Delhi - that "we [Russia] are trying to stop the war which was launched against us".
You can clearly hear the audience laughing at him (9 second of video).

A propagandist play the role of the Ukrainian of service. His role is to make Russians believe that Zelensky is hated by his people and to give more space to Solovyov's bullshit.
[Video on Twitter] - Solovyov continues to publicly humiliate Vasyl Vakarov - a man with a Ukrainian passport. There’s no need to feel sorry for him, he agreed to this role himself. Solovyov also clearly declares his Nazi position on Ukraine

[Video on Twitter] - Once upon a time in Donetsk region. Tanks of the 53rd mechanized brigade vs a column of russian armoured vehicles.

(Unconfirmed) - [Video on Reddit] - In the temporarily occupied Yevpatoria (Crimea), trenches are being dug on right on a beach. Probably they're getting ready for the AFU to open the holiday season in Crimea this summer?

The State of Ukrainian Democracy Is Not Strong

“Political persecution of leftists and other dissidents has not become something new since February 24, 2022,” Chemerys says. “It’s just that since February 24, they have acquired a larger scale.”
.
“Zelensky used the Russian invasion and the war as a pretext to eliminate most of the political opposition and potential rivals for power and to consolidate his largely undemocratic rule,” says University of Ottawa political scientist Ivan Katchanovski.
.
Zelensky has centralized nearly all of Ukraine’s national TV channels into one government-controlled platform.
.
“Repression, without a doubt, created an atmosphere of fear in society,” says Chemerys. “Ukrainians are afraid to express their opinions — probably more than in the time of the USSR, which I, as a dissident at the time, remember.”
.
US and European taxpayers are unwittingly being made complicit in Ukraine’s backsliding away from democratic freedoms and liberal pluralism.

We can thank her for exposing the cell of the Security Service of Ukraine on the territory of the Russian Federation. The sleeping agent will not be able to cause damage now, due to the fact that he will be watched. Why it is a sleeping agent of Ukraine, it is clear from the name. Alexey is Russia, and Olexey is Ukraine. Если более понятно, то в России пишется и говорится Алексей, Александр, а вот на Украине Олександр и Олексій. Чуть другое правило написания имени. ~But you pull out some bullshit about Ukrainian spelling and some truly fascist logic to that as well

You have just said that there is no Ukrainian spelling, this is a reason to file an appeal against you to be checked by the Language Ombudsman of Ukraine Taras Kremen.
If you don't know where the statement came from about the Glory of Ukraine and beyond, then you wouldn't write about Fascist nonsense. Read the story, how bad it is to communicate with those who do not want to read the story.
And there are not Latvian sources, but Russian ones, where it is just said about this article. And then one Latvian site reprints another Latvian site. Here is a Russian website, you can even link to the case, and so far it seems like a simple lie.

Do we transfer these media to the category of publishing works? Apparently that's what you wanted. And in the book you can come up with anything, it's fiction.

And the unwillingness to recognize the Ukrainian language is also bad, or are you Taras Shevchenko? So a link to the Russian media or is it an invented article by the Latvian media.

The father of the girl with an anti-war drawing was placed under house arrest

“The investigation established that in 2022, by a decision of the inter-district court, the man had already been brought to administrative responsibility in connection with public statements directed against the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Despite this, he continued to express slogans discrediting the activities of the Russian army through one of the social networks. Soon the defendant left his place of residence, did not appear on the investigator's summons and hid from the investigating authorities, renting an apartment in another city. Currently, the man has been detained, in connection with which the investigators of the Investigative Committee have filed a petition to the court to elect him a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest, ”the Investigative Committee said.
.
The report of the joint press service of the Tula courts says that a resident of Efremov (his last name is not named) was sent under house arrest until the end of April. It is also mentioned there that the person involved in the case was fined on April 25 last year for a similar offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Under this article, Moskalev was fined 32 thousand rubles, follows from the decision of the Efremov Interdistrict Court of April 25.

Aha, so anyone who criticizes the rusky army has to go to prison. And citizens of which should start criticizing other countries for not being free, riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight🤡

Mariya Kuznetsova, is a spokesperson for OVD-Info, which has been providing legal support to the Moskalyovs. She talked us through what happened.

The ordeal began in April 2022, when Masha’s art teacher at school asked the students to draw pictures in support of the Russian troops in Ukraine. Masha drew a picture that depicted rockets being fired at a family standing under a Ukrainian flag and another that said “Glory to Ukraine!”. The teacher immediately ran to the principal, who called the police. When they arrived, they interrogated the girl and threatened the father.

A few weeks later, Russia’s FSB [Russia’s main security service] agents went to Masha’s school to further interrogate her. That’s when Alexei first contacted us. He told us the police were threatening to take his daughter away from him. He was really scared and didn’t know what else to do.

The drawing was the main trigger that drew police attention to the father and anti-war statements he had posted on Odnoklassniki [a Russian social network]. He was charged for “public actions aimed at discrediting the Russian Armed Forces”.

Since then, they have been repeatedly arrested, while security agents have regularly raided the Moskalyovs’ home and stolen financial savings.

Russian reservists fighting with shovels 🤣
[From the UK Ministry of Defense on Twitter] - Latest Defence Intelligence update on the situation in Ukraine - 5 March 2023

  • In late February 2023, Russian mobilised reservists described being ordered to assault a Ukrainian concrete strong point armed with only 'firearms and shovels'. The 'shovels' are likely entrenching tools being employed for hand-to-hand combat.
  • Recent evidence suggests an increase in close combat in Ukraine. This is probably a result of the Russian command continuing to insist on offensive action largely consisting of dismounted infantry, with less support from artillery fire because Russia is short of munitions.

Mordor Russia really lacks everything, look what is loaded on Z trucks 🤦‍♂️
[Photos on Twitter] - It seems Russians have run out of all the indoor toilets to steal so that they switched to looting outdoor toilets and cabins

Some extracts from the channel '1420 by Daniil Orain' on Youtube. On this channel they do interviews with random Russians on the streets.

  • https://youtu.be/-CYHgPclI-g?t=58 - A russian granny says "They all need to be ¤¤¤¤¤, all Ukrainians need to be ¤¤¤¤¤¤¤, including their babies, it's a rot." [Someone asks "The whole population?"] "The whole population." [Someone asks "What about Poland?"] "It should be ¤¤¤¤¤¤¤ as well." ... "All Ukrainians should be ¤¤¤¤¤¤¤, including their babies. This rot has spread too far and now they don't love us anymore!"
  • https://youtu.be/-CYHgPclI-g?t=302 - Marina 40 says "The poles should have been defeated a long time ago, so they wouldn't have bothered." [Someone asks "Why?"] "They bothered us even during the WW2, they wanted to steal our territory, but no! I think the Poles must be ¤¤¤¤¤¤. Poles can't stand us!"

It's funny to see Russians not understanding why they are not liked.

exchange his life for few words

Nice way of showing the morality Russians have. It was posted as a proof how inhumane Russian military is. How simple words somehow are enough to murder someone. And how fascinating it is how you don't even see the fact someone was murdered over uttering a few words. How literal nazism and fascism is. Yet you turn it against the guy who was held captive and MURDERED. He didn't "choose" anything. He was plain murdered over different opinion.

Proof of war crimes. Yet the guy is at fault in your eyes. What a freaking clowns you bunch are.

Fake troll account, that can be smelled from a mile away.

btw. if you didn't catch it yet - everyone knows about problems of corruption in UA. Even those who donate. Those are the same problems that every post soviet country has. Its the cultural heritage soviet times left. Corruption, lies and theft. Most west leaning countries got rid of it easily. This is not just war on cleansing Ukraine of invading occupants but also the soviet heritage of corruption.

So you can quit ahead as this sad attempt at shitposting is not even near the level of bazilus and cement. They at least try to bend the facts.

Oh and question for you - we literally see what corruption and theft did to the supposedly great and powerful country of Russia. Comment has been collapsed.

You came here first instantly badmouthing whole country. So don't even start on being rude to each other. Hence not threatening you, but if you keep shitposting and pushing agenda of "Ukraine bad" you might just receive a ban. Why? Because from little you have been here there is zero indication you are here to openly talk about issues or discuss something. Its instantly to spamming "Ukraine is horrible"

There are other points of views. As I already said - people realize Ukraine has problem with corruption. Thats why one person exploiting it doesn't mean every Ukrainian is corrupt thief. All legit support campaigns go directly to military or its citizens and any wrongdoings are resolved quit fast. Biggest support campaigns from my own country are literally donations brought to the Ukraine be people themselves. Most donations don't directly go to government either way.

Also I was wrong - you do twist the truth. in EU most corrupt country is Hungary and in europe it is Russia. No one with critical thinking would spout such garbage information that has been gathered from the likes of MTG. We can talk (and already have in this discussion) about many points of views of political shitshow that has been happening in UA, how USA has been meddling there, how NATO has been influencing it. But that has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that Russia invaded. Any problem they had could have been solved with diplomatic solutions (if it truly would have been political. Critical thinking which you like so much easily shows this was power move and sick twisted dreams of rebuilding soviet union)

Over the course of war Russia has threatened Baltics, Poland, Germany and many more of having nazism in our governments (which is outright lies), threatened to nuke us, to invade us. There is absolutely no possibility of letting Russia win in Ukraine. Belarus is already bad enough for EU borders. Just because Ukraine wanted to incorporate itself into western culture didn't mean Russia had to invade.

Yes, we are sending enormous amounts of military and financial support to Ukraine and you are free to dislike it. No problems there. But don't twist facts and truth to fit your agenda.

Out of many many points of views there is only one truth - Russia invaded. Any underlying issues are not relevant here - that can't be tolerated. And besides one case of person being arrested and FBI warning to be careful with donations, what exactly indicates that donations will be stolen as you so plainly put? That is not the truth. If you don't like USA donating that much - fine as I said. But what grounding do you have to push this agenda? MTG? Russian propaganda? If you didn't know neighboring countries have more then just formal communication channels with Ukraine. For many the war zone is one days drive away. Many know people from these war zones and have fought there themselves. But hey - of course you are correct and you know more - you listened to MTG who has no idea what is going on outside her own backyard.

Then you have bigger problems then donating if you couldn't see the answer. The money wont get stolen. And if it will, at least they will be dealt as criminals. Did you somehow forget how they purged government officials after finding out fraudulent procurements for food? Shit happens, especially in a corrupt country. But that does not define the whole country and in no way should affect support in dealing with fascistic occupants.

Some specific cases where offenders where caught doesn't mean every charity and every Ukrainian is a charity thief.

But in the little off chance you are legit person - https://www.nbcnews.com/news/nbcblk/black-lives-matter-activists-accuse-executive-stealing-10-million-dono-rcna46481 - lets open this can of worms then. According to your logic every American and every black person is corrupt thieving scum because funds for BLM got stolen by heads of the organization. How about hundreds and hundreds of other less known charity frauds and scandals in USA? My point isn't "whatabaoutism". The point is, piece of shit humans exist everywhere and just because some of them have evil intentions doesn't mean the whole country has to be classified as evil. (and yes, that goes same for Russia. Not every Russian is fascistic scum who wants Ukraine dead). Just because BLM turned out to be criminal organization that stole donations doesn't mean the whole country of USA will steal everything given to them.

And since you seem to have a thick skull I will repeat myself - just because one kid who got jail sentence for it stole money from charity, doesn't mean every charity in Ukraine is fraud and money will be stolen. There are many charities that even people in west abuse to steal money from donators. Thats why you have to be critical towards which charities you use. And if you don't want to you are free not to donate. Simple as that.

And don't fall down to level of 12 year old screeching "but mah taxes". Military equipment sent to Ukraine isn't going through some third party morons who have a chance to embezzle. This is billions worth of operation which is dealt on government level. None of your petty taxes are being stolen this way.

Grow up.

Not everyone has a cover in the form of moderators who ban only pro-Russian statements, here they welcome only about the victories of Ukraine, which have not been recently or Bakhmut has already been released, I don't remember that. Unless you count the fact that one of the Leopards who arrived has already been captured with a Polish crew, but they no longer believe in this in Russia and consider it a duck. Why didn't they write about it, why write about something that is not confirmed and may be fake news.

That's why they didn't write, due to the fact that this is unverified news and it could be fake. Although this news may have more than one level.

So you can quit ahead as this sad attempt at shitposting is not even near the level of bazilus and cement. They at least try to bend the facts.

I'm sorry, but I'm very far from the Latvian media, so I should have been able to misinterpret the news, or have you already forgotten? https://www.steamgifts.com/go/comment/LWnvdKx So here the Latvian media took the first place.
