And once again you just throw random words around. Russia is the aggressor, leading war against a neighbor. And not for the first time in recent history. Opposing that has nothing to do with xenophobia. Your self-pity is becoming tiresome.

Ukraine was an aggressor?.. Are you deranged?

Let's put aside pro-russian nationalists and saboteurs from Russia conveniently demanding an independence before the conflict started and how Russia kept supplying separatists with weapons for now.

Let's remember Igor Girkin "Strelkov", an ex-FSB officer, pro-russian separatist and a terrorist. Let's remember how he and his armed soldiers seized several government buildings in Sloviansk. Let's remember how Ukraine initiated counterterrorism operation against armed separatists. Let's remember how he butchered one of the first CT-squads to get there. Let's finally remember how HE HIMSELF said that HE is the one responsible for war in Eastern Ukraine. Should I even bring all the kidnapping and murdering allegations he bears?

As for why nobody took any action, Ukraine asked for Peacekeepers back in 2015. UN ignored it. In 2017 UN came to conclusion that they may need to deploy them now. Russia demanded that they are to be deployed ONLY at the borders of the conflict territory and ONLY if UN acknowledges LDNR as sovereign states.

The problem was that we've seen an 'honest referendum' back in Crimea. As honest as any elections in Russia.
Ed. Let me ask you one thing, just to be clear. If Finland would've seized Karelia right now, with armed people, through the same 'honest referendum', what are the chances that Putin recognizes them and don't send heavy bombers right away?

can you explain why Strelkov/Girkin leader of separatists was actually FSB worker prior to euromaidan? it was putin's plan all along with "novorossia" as a bridge to transnistria. but you don't want to talk about that. you want to talk about mythical "people" suffering from "nazis". this putin putin thought that he is powerful enough to bite, but the pie turned out to be too big. right now putin bans facebook for russians, because they blocked their propaganda channels. have fun in ussr 2.0 if that's what you want.

Surely 'the west' would have invaded Russia within the next year if papa Putin didn't invade Ukraine to stop the Nazis there. He and his buddy Lukaschenko aren't suppressing their own people to stay in power and clearly aren't very afraid they might lose that power and that's what drives this conflict. That's why Putin loves a lively opposition and free media in his country!

This will not help stop the conflict. Did you see how everybody left the room at the United Nations Human Rights Council when Lawrow was giving a speech? Come on they dont even listen to him. How can this solve conflict? And recently in the UN security council this was said towards russia: "your words have less value than a hole in a new york pretzel" - ukrainian ambassador

Who will benefit depends on the future. We will see. If russia takes ukrain they have the second largest gas resorvoir in europe under their control. Also they would secured a very important geopolitical and strategic location, if you think "the west" is your enemy or will be. But they paid the price in broken political friendships and hate and created more enemies. If they looose they gained nothing more than hate and distrust. USA on the other hand may benefit from this regardless of the outcome. But this are just asumptions. Like the saying: when two are fighting the third will win. It maybe benfitial for us economy if europe is in conflict with russia. And Europe... i mean we lost the freedom in europe and russia as our business partner. If ukrain can survive this, we may win another country into the euro constellation but for the price of human lifes. So there is no clear winner. Only time will tell. Lets hope the fighting stops soon!

You on the other hand desperately cling to even the most minor wrongdoings (in comparison to stuff like this), just so that you instantly can use your whataboutism to defy blame from Russia for being the aggressor.

I don't think that Russia is evil and certainly not absolute. But part of my family is Serbian and I've witnessed what nationalism and craving for status can do. Even the most reasonable people can be blindsided and turn into their worst versions.

For me it is about Putin, not Russians. With the exception of Russians who think and act exactly like him.
Putin is a murderer. He shot, poisoned, imprisoned and whatever else he might have done to eliminate any opposition. He has done this to Russians, now he brings war to those he claims to be his brothers.

Why people always find "racism" in critical situations?
I do not hesitate such treatment at all but when such info is being put under different angle, it's hilarious.
As far as war started, all non-native students were informed that they should cross the border in Romania.

The only one who tries to present things from a different angle is you. This is not a single person case, but a systematic approach.

"After the Indian girls got in, the boys were beaten up. There was no reason for them to beat us with this cruelty," Ijantkar said.

"I saw an Egyptian man standing at the front with his hands on the rails, and because of that one guard pushed him with so much force and the man hit the fence, which is covered in spikes, and he lost consciousness," she said."We took him outside to give him CPR.

"For instance, around 200 to 300 Ukrainians can cross, and then only 10 foreigners or 5 will be allowed to cross... and the duration of time is too long. It's really hard.. they push us, kick us, insult us," Abigail said.

If there is an video, can u share the link?
Moreover here https://nitter.net/nzekiev/status/1498806808361811973 i just saw some photos with things which do look like bruises (hard to identify). And information about broken leg. While dat guy stands on it. I understand that this (if it happend) shouldn't be tolerable at all. Those comments about "After the Indian girls got in, the boys were beaten up.." , "For instance, around 200 to 300 Ukrainians can cross, and then only 10 foreigners..." are at one side without any video evidence. Under the photos i see this: "it matters just like you don't want them blaming every black person when 1 black man does something bad. You want to blame every white person and call them nazi". And seems beaten guy tried to break the border by breaking the law.

In Russia, there is talk that a bill will soon be passed by both houses of parliament and await Putin's signature, which would apply 15 years in prison or a fine to anyone who says or posts anything "related to the military" that the Russian military deems "incorrect.

Please refrain from such talk in my comments if possible.
I'm not asking you to add a URL.
I have no intention of telling such a story.

There is a history of Ukraine and there will be a history of Russia.
But I am not going to say what the opinion of the parties involved is from a third (or extraterrestrial) country.
There are many different perceptions and opinions within a single country and I am not going to talk about who is always right.
What is known to be definitely not right is the side that committed the murder.

It will be up to both sides to come to a truce, for the perpetrators to make amends for their tragedy, and for each nation to strive to "make it right."
No further replies will be made to you.

I'm seeing this morning that putin has shut down facebook in Russia. I'm curious to know what justification he gave to russian people, if someone from Russia can answer ? I mean, did he go the "fight western lies" way ? or he is letting people think FB did it by itself ("they hate us") ? or something else ?

Government (Roskomnadzor) did that and posted an official statement:

In response to restrictions of Russian media
Since October 2020 there have been 26 cases of discrimination against Russian media and information resources by Facebook. In recent days, the social network has restricted access to the accounts of the Zvezda TV channel, the RIA Novosti news agency, Sputnik, Russia Today, the Lenta.ru and Gazeta.ru news resources.

as usual, "west did it first, we had no choice". it's not only facebook, it's twitter as well and it's surprising they are not shutting youtube down yet. they're also arresting antiwar activists right now.

Facebook is very evil.
Twitter is evil.

[What you don't have to read]
But what about this world?
Mostly good people spend their days finding a shred of "hope" or "good deeds" in the cesspool of evil.
The daily reminder that self-preservation is important seems to be the same.
(I don't have a Twitter or Facebook account, but I do have a reconnaissance tool.)

Well, Russia initially claimed that Facebook was full of Russian anti-government groups.
In Japan, Facebook claimed no connection, but there have been incidents in the past of illegal identification and personal attacks on specific Facebook posters. (The company involved, F-Secure, is now considered at fault.)
Evil people have crept into the shadows of peaceful times, and recently there was a spy arrest in Poland.
Japan? There are no laws against spies, so they will probably be fired from their jobs and left out in the cold.
(Oh, we've landed in a bad spot.)

I heard that such things in Russia have moved to Telegram.
As the story goes, the representative of RT in Russia seems to have left the company voluntarily after reporting on the protests against the Russian government. This was before the recent bill, so they must be safe.
After that, RT claimed that they didn't want the western countries to see RT and fabricate it, so they made it for Russia so that the general public western countries can't view it.
For Russians abroad, it claims to use TOR to make it viewable and how to use it is posted.
If you don't know how to use it, please read the instructions carefully.
It will be convenient for you in many ways.

Eh? Am I Russian? No, it is not. I am a kappa.

'Take people with you,' pleads official as evacuations from two cities expected to begin
From CNN's Radina Gigova in Atlanta
The evacuation of civilians from the Ukrainian cities of Mariupol and Volnovakha is expected to begin at 11 a.m. local (4 a.m. ET) but "we are currently working on the details," the head of the Ukrainian government Donetsk regional military administration, Pavlo Kirilenko, said on his official Twitter account.
Russian officials said the country would pause its bombardment in the cities from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. local time (2 a.m. to 9 a.m. ET) Saturday,
Kirilenko said that "it will be possible to leave by personal transport" during the pause, adding "a huge request to all drivers leaving the city to facilitate the evacuation of civilians."

Ukrainian government alleges Russian shelling violates agreement on two evacuation corridors

From Olga Voitovych in Kyiv

A Ukrainian minister has accused Russian forces of shelling the city of Volnovakha in the eastern Donetsk region, where an evacuation corridor was due to allow civilians to escape fighting on Saturday.

"At 11:45 the Russian Federation began shelling the city of Volnovakha with heavy weapons," said Iryna Vereshchuk, Minister of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories, in a video posted on Facebook. "As you know, we had a preliminary agreement that from 9:00 we will create two humanitarian corridors -- Volnovakha and Mariupol."
"Russia violated agreements even with the mediation of the Red Cross, [and] failed to fulfill its commitments and shelled the city of Volnovakha.""

Vereshchuk said that fighting was also preventing the second corridor from the besieged city of Mariupol from operating.

"There is fighting taking place in the direction of Mariupol-Zaporizhzhia, near Pology-Orikhove, which prevents the movement of the column from Mariupol to Zaporozhzhia," she said.

"We call on the Russian side to end the shelling, return the ceasefire and allow columns of the humanitarian corridor to form so that children, women and the elderly can leave the settlements.

"We also appeal to the Russian Federation to provide the opportunity to send humanitarian aid from the city of Dnipro and the city of Zaporizhzhia, especially those ones consisting of medicines and food.”

Russia says "offensive operations" have resumed in areas where evacuation corridors were agreed upon

From CNN’s Tim Lister in Kyiv and Mariya Knight in Atlanta

The Russian defense ministry said its forces have resumed their offensive in Mariupol and Volnovakha, where evacuation corridors had been arranged between Ukraine and Russia.

In a statement to Russian news agency TASS, the ministry said that "not a single civilian was able to leave Mariupol and Volnovakha along the announced security corridors."

"The population of these cities is being held by nationalist formations as human shields. The nationalist battalions took advantage of the silence to regroup and strengthen their positions," said Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov, spokesman for the Russian defense ministry.

"Due to the unwillingness of the Ukrainian side to influence the nationalists or to extend the ceasefire, offensive operations have been resumed from 18:00 Moscow time," Konashenkov said.

More background: The Russian defense ministry said earlier on Saturday it would stop bombarding Mariupol and Volnovakha, which have endured days of heavy, indiscriminate shelling.

Residents there have hunkered down in basements without power and with limited supplies of food and water, volunteers gathering information from the ground told CNN.

But just a few hours after the announcement to pause fire, a top Ukrainian regional official accused >Russia of breaking its agreement and evacuations were ceased.

Western news broadcasts showed Russian soldiers stopping evacuees from Mariupol and firing immediate shots at civilians immediately after shooting into the air.

In a statement to Russian news agency TASS, the ministry said that "not a single civilian was able to leave Mariupol and Volnovakha along the announced security corridors."

The situation is expected to get much worse. :(

Unfortunately, Western countries do not have access to Russian reports.
However, the Tass news agency on Twitter says there were 17 people.
CNN seems to state that there were none.
I wonder how many are on the official Russian Tass News Agency page?

Time will tell on this matter. (Sometimes it takes time for evidence to emerge).
In any case, it is unfortunate that there are civilian casualties. :(

Murderer! This is all.
The same is true if replace "invasion" with "war."
I can't wait for it to be over war. :(

[This is my crap that you don't have to read.]
It all comes down to "murder" or "cannibalism" or "killing your own kind."
After all, we should not be mistaken for the same people.

When you have such a person in your family, you would take him to the hospital, or to the city hall, or to the police, right?

When the most senior people "sick it" and a majority of the second to tenth most senior people agree, they will generally freeze their authority temporarily.
There are many places that have safeguards like that built into their judicial and organizational structures.
But if you haven't experienced anything close to those tragedies, you don't make arrangements to that extent.

In an oriental island nation, the prime minister has died of a sudden illness.
The next prime minister was appointed by someone a bit dubious.
(There were constitutional provisions, but they were sketchy, so democracy was temporarily crippled.)

Perhaps when any country has a person who is "acting strangely", they will do so.
When it is not working, I think the right thing to do is to temporarily distance ourselves from it.
(It is possible that they will recover and come to their senses.)

The question is how many tragedies will be created while we wait for them to cleanse themselves.
In the meantime, we must "record" the tragedies.
In the meantime, we must "record" the tragedies so that they are not erased.
Not to be tampered with.
In war, it is common for the temporary victors to try to erase history.
It is like a murderer trying to erase evidence.
Let us not let that happen.
That is why we are watching.
(Whenever possible)
There can be some sinful people lurking in the world who will embellish the facts somewhat for the sake of subscriber numbers.
What would happen if such acts during the war were discovered after the war?
Many things can happen.
And it often happens that after a long period of time, the parties involved disappear and the facts are bent.
History is forgotten and repeated.
Tragedies, too. Misfortunes.
Let's spend our days being careful not to let that happen.

So, I am donating game keys here instead.

You can perhaps try to donate through buying games.
For example - https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/227300/view/3099044462442297156

ETS2 just released Ukrainian paint job DLC of which income goes to Ukraine. I mean its only 1 EUR but its something. And you could probably try to find some game that costs more and donates that.... if steam is not banned

It could hurt Hindus and Buddhists.
(In the West, they are more likely to be considered one and the same.)

Well, that's...Clockwise.
They must have been off by 90 degrees when they printed the initials on their T-shirts.😂
I cannot hear Russian. However, I did get the vibe that they were bad-mouthing Ukrainians.
Well, replace 90 degrees.
In other words, it is an evil and fraudulent business practice diverted to "deceive people in their own countries who do not know the history of their foreign countries.

Well, I try to write "what's happening now" and "updates on what to do" but sometimes it's okay.
The funniest thing that came my way today was this📝.
I hope they stay in that shelter until the end of the war.
