I can't access Steam Community :( Please, help!

It shows this:
Error Code: -101
Unable to connect to server. Server may be offline or you may not be connected to the internet.

But, I have access to internet, as you can see :D
And Steam Store even is working well.

you might won't believe but your pc has some virus or malware problem

I think I figured out this problem with not being able to enter Steam Community. Try to go
