It's the same as with any other giveaway. If you haven't received the game after the seven day period has passed, then mark it as not received. You can attempt to contact the person if you wish.

Wouldn't be much point, unless I'm mistaken about what parts of the site a suspended user can access, they won't be able to confirm someone contacting them was the winner.

maybe he was a regifter because that game was given by Carlmundo for a total of 750 copies not that long ago, and probably he regifted more, don't reveal his name because it will be against the rules, but you can check for yourself here http://www.sgtools.tk/activation if he activated his wins and compare if he regifted to see why he was suspended.

I didn't know the existence of that site, thanks. Apparently every game he gave away (except the one I won) was a regift. At least I know what was the cause of the suspension

Well it's 99% probable that you won't get the game, but you can at least try and hope for that 1% chance that the guy wants to give you the game for the kindness of his heart, but if he got perma banned I think he's not a nice person... be careful if he wants some information or something from you.

I won a giveaway and after I saw that the key wasn't automatically delivered, I waited for some kind of email or friend request from the giveaway creater but after a day, nothing came so I looked at his profile on SG and he's been permanently suspended. Should I just mark as not received and move on or should I attempt to talk to the guy about it?
