Darksiders problem at GMG

Check if you're payment has been processed first?

If it has contact their support, if it hasn't try again. Simples.

when you click "Your games", you should see images for games. hover your mouse over it, should say title of game, date you bought it, Download, and View Keys

if view keys isnt there, should probably contact support. their store page definitely mentions you need to use steam

The payment has been processed, when i go to "My games", there is the image from the game and the option "view keys" is aviable but when i click on that its open on a new site and the i see that:

it can take up to a day for some transactions to complete seeing as how GMG is British, international banking et all, they even say so. Just wait a day.

Did you get an email from them? Just below the order should be a green bar with "Darksiders" in it. Just right under that should be a code marked "Activation keys". Thats you key.

It is also possible they have no more keys in stock for now. It happened to me with The Magicka DLC The Stars are left, I just contacted support and gave me one as soon as hey replenished the stock 2 days later.

If you're have problems, contact the support: They're fast and very nice.
The key is sent 2 min after you pay, in the confirmation e-mail. If you didn't receive it, contact them

The same thing happened to me when I bought it a couple minutes ago. I just submitted a support ticket.

They probably ran out of codes and are waiting for the next batch you will most likely be sent an email when the new batch is in

I have had the same issue so I would agree that they ran out of codes
