Top Secret (1984) is awesome if you like old school parodes like Naked Gun and Airplane.

Wet Hot American Summer (2001) is a gold mine of absurdist humor and parody techniques.

And then there is another one, but I can't remember the title. It was about a successful black man who had a spoiled woman and kid(s?) and they had to go to the family reunion of the guy. His family was really weird and was mocking him the whole time because he didn't visit them. The spoiled woman really wanted to go home, and at the end they leave after a quarrel, and then the guy dumps his wife and goes back to his family. Does anyone know this movie?

You should definitely watch Taxi 1, Taxi 2, Taxi 3 and Taxi 4. Those are funniest movies I have ever seen.
And note that I am talking about the French one, American made remake sucks so hard so don't watch that by accident :P

"Rifftrax" movies are great.

I suggest Jurrasic Park, Battlefield Earth, Alien, Twilight, Harry Potter... the list goes on.
