Is that legal? Not some kind of exploit that will make you banned or smth? (I'd like to hint someone about this deal but I don't want to get him in trouble ^^)

I think the worst that could happen is that they'd remove the DLC from your account. I don't think they'd ban you over it.

Just like price glitches it's a mistake on their part so the worst they can do is negate the transaction but I don't think they'll bother over such a cheap DLC. I'm surprised they haven't fixed it after 24 hours though.

hm, didn't see this when it was posted, but I just checked and I own it already - bought Talos during the winter sale, don't own any Serious Sam games (the date for the DLC is the same as for the purchase, so it just came with it I guess)
