Marvel or DC?
See, for me it's the opposite, I used to prefer DC, but now that I'm older, I prefer the childish colourful silliness of which you definitely find more in Marvel.
Lego Marvel Super Heroes as well as Marvel Heroes 2016 did their part too ...

Marvel has built a vibe of family-friendliness that resonates with the mass because it's "groovy", "cool" and literally all age groups can enjoy the films. DC actually tries to stick true to their comic book depictions, and as someone who loved Man of Steel, I can tell you Superman isn't all about happy little clouds and children yelling with laughter while superman saves someone smiling like a dental cream poster boy. There's a darkness and grim reality to the destruction caused, something which DC actually portrays like Zod vs Superman in MoS, whereas the more damaging fight between the Avengers and... whatever that disposable CGI army was, all the damage and destruction caused was downplayed and the entire scene was filled with quips and one liners giving a humorous effect. I won't say BvS or Suicide Squad were good, but MoS was received too harshly just because it did not show a smiling perpetually happy superman, and Watchmen is DC's fuckin masterpiece. And to be fair, some Marvel films actually are good (Spiderman 1, 2, X2) but the "actual" MCU is not something I'm a fan of (Iron Man, Ant-Man and Winter Soldier are the only decent flicks IMO)

I'm liking that as well. I definitely see Marvel's appeal-to-everyone aspect but it's certainly refreshing to see a little darkness/ moodiness/ whatever you want to call it in super hero movies. Super heroes are pretty violent and a lot of them are troubled. You can have an awesome hero with great powers, but that doesn't always do much for character development.

I liked Civil War as well.
Probably because a) it does finally show the impact of the collateral damage from the previous movies and b) it has a fairly sinister undertone in how the real bad guy succesfully manipulates a perfectly reasonable and relatively tame difference of opinions into something much bigger.
And it adds those darker aspects without sucking the life and color out of the bright & cheerful side of the MCU.

This is a poorly veiled attempt to add context to giving away games. Enjoy.
