Sneaking contributor revealed

Theese 3 ppl on steamgifts,are making giveaways with the games that dont actually exist,in order to sneak into contributor giveaway by increasing their contributor points.
Just to prove that happening,i sneak into one of their open max payne 3 giveaway,and as you can see in the chat log below,he refuses to give the game away,because,obviously,it doesn't exist.

Last ticket i opened in support havent replied for over a week.That's why i open this up on forum,should i open it on support also? I felt like no one is checking them out there.
