It's been days since I sent the keys and I've seen that the people have been online since winning yet they have not confirmed recieved?!
why not Increase amount of giveaway you can start? I cannot give away anything because of these 2 people.

Try to send a email for those people remembering them they need to confirm if they got the game or not, a lot of people here forget they need to do it.

The users may not even have been online since your giveaways ended! Your oldest one only finished a couple of days ago, and Steamgifts has users from all around the world, with their own busy schedules and time commitments.

Be patient :)

If you haven't received confirmation after 7 days, raise a support ticket with proof of sending. Hope all goes to plan :)

Don't know if you did it or not but is good practice to NOT put words like "winner" "giveaway" etc. in the subject of the emails you are sending to the winners. I'm saying this cos apparently some providers marks these mails as spam (I had this issue with 4 ppl).

If already contacted the winners only way is wait for 7 days and do a re-roll, hoping the new winner will be responsible for winning too.

It happened to me too in the past but the winner check the list after 3-4 days so I don't need to re-roll.

how do you know if they have used the keys or not tho?

It's impossible. Even if the game isn't showing on their profile, that doesn't mean it hasn't been given/traded away and activated on another account.

That's why many people prefer to give their keys via Steam chat rather than email, particularly when they are doing a public giveaway. At least that way you know that the key was sent/received successfully, and can deal with any issues that the winner may have straight away.

For future reference, if you create a private giveaway (invite only) by mistake, just let it run it's course. When the giveaway ends, you get the giveaway slot back immediately if there were 0 entries.

Hey nicolew, I updated your giveaway limit so you can post a couple of new giveaways as you wait for the winners to respond.
