It was reused to cheat the system (enable card drops before meeting limits).
From what I read, there was never intention to release it, and "(dev name) did it to a get developer badge", even itch io links were invalidated to hide fact there was never a build for game.

Sadly, the original BAG25 thread was closed, so I had to open a new one and I do not see any other thread posted on this…
A thread recently posted in the Sentinels of the Store group (may return an error if you are not a member) shed some light on one of the games that was originally in BAG25, called Don't drop the soap. This game was actually released, but under a new name 'Hentai: Exposed'.
The developer since then tries to pretend they are not the same game and refuses to send out the keys to Groupees, despite SteamDB and Internet Archive evidence:

Yes, it is just another shitty one-dollar game from another shitty developer, but I guess the principle is still infuriating. So, if you are one of the buyers of that years-old bundle, you may want to lay on some pressure. Even with some Twitter love: https://twitter.com/PinkySwearbruh (it is posted as the official "website" on Steam, so I think this is not exactly witch-hunting yet…)
