Third Puzzlemania puzzle!

Inside: Mortal Kombat X Premium Edition, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Game of the Year Edition, The Witcher® 3: Wild Hunt, all LVL 1+.

UPD #1. Find more information about the image. Then, just combine things and google it.

UPD #2. If google does not help, add a semicolon at the end and try again.

UPD #3. Ok, here are some big hints for the last weekend (see below)!

UPD #3.1. If you found some additional info about the image provided (and you really should have, because it is quite an obvious step from the zelgh guide), then know that this info is NOT about hash function, it is only about two symbols.

UPD #3.2. Add those two symbols to each part of the cypher. Then google it if you do not know how to decode the result. If straight googling does not help, add a semicolon to the end and use qoutes around. Each part of the cypher should be converted into another one symbol.

UPD #3.3. Now, when you have two new symbols and you do not understand what to do with them, just read the whole text in this post. Do you see anything strange? Anything unusual? Most of the text is a normal puzzle text you read almost in every puzzle at SG, but something here is special. Find it.

UPD #3.4. Finally, look at the symbols you got at step 3.2 in the context of something you discovered in step 3.3.

Hello, Steamgifters!

Some of you might remember two puzzles I made earlier: this and this. Now it is the time for the third one!

Recently, I have been really busy and literally did not have enough time and energy to answer your requests. Thus, it was the first time I did not activate some of the games I won and let down many awesome users. Now, I am feeling really bad about it. So, this puzzle is also some sort of excuse for me.

There is only one question in this puzzle, and it is a difficult one. But I am sure you can do it! Just think a bit, make some efforts and you will get the right answer. Also, please do not add me on skype.

As usual, first solvers will end up being whitelisted by me.

Do not break the rules: do not share answers, do not share links to the giveaways, do not give hints to other players.

I decided to create several good giveaways instedad of 25 well.. not so good ones. I can see no one solved the puzzle yet, so I extended the duration till Sunday, 12th of June. One of the giveaways is Witcher 3. I do not own this game while it is my most wanted game now. I decided to give it away because I do not have much time to play games now. I hope, the winner will enjoy this one very much.

The solution

1. Go to imgur where the picture is hosted. Discover "andhash".
2. Convert "andhash" to "&#" symbols.
3. Google ⒜ and ⒣ or follow the early published hint and add a semicolon and quotes: "⒜" and "⒣". As many of you already understood, those are two unicode symbols: (a) and (h).
4. Find something strange in the text of my post. Of course, it is the part where I ask you not to add me on skype.
5. Emojis in almost every messenger have their text versions. For skype, (a) = angel and (h) = heart. Google it or just send those symbols to somebody in skype.
6. Angel Heart is a famous movie based upon a novel by William Hjortsberg. William Hjortsberg is the answer to the puzzle.
