Figured some out, but still not getting any closer to #1.
I might be mistaken but after reading The Divine Comedy, I would say Inferno is set in just that: Inferno aka Hell. Any other reference to it would not be accurate.
Its safe to say that I cant be bothered to continue. Good job to the people who got them all and thanks for the difficult puzzle! Was fun to try.

If you really tried to solve, the only problems you will be encountering are 2 and 5.
Yes, some of them are not universal. But if you really looked at the clues, you will have a great idea of what the answer is. Also, Google is in the instructions. If people are really having a hard time, I'll make a giveaway based off that list. Might be less fun but definitely more entries. Thanks for the feedback.

Well, you are right about the 2 and 5, I can't figure them out to save my life. I can't google them, either, because the clues just aren't specific enough to get a proper answer. I really want to get this too, to the point where I don't care about the game, I just want to know the answers XD

Yeah, drives me crazy. It's not just that the clues aren't specific enough, but there are either multiple answers, or nothing really fits. I'm not even sure what 'multiplayer' game he thought of, but I've probably never seen someone write that. I've gone trough my hundreds of fonts, office and MS standards, but nothing. FE someone who's never played CoD-like games will not know about the word "camper" (I only know that term because I've played ONCE with my NON-English friends and it's an internationalism). I give up.

I got a few more and am now only missing #5.
I commend you for coming up with a new idea for a puzzle but it's frustrating as hell trying to guess which fonts might have been installed on the computer that you created it on.

Stuck on questions 5 - 8. I don't have Ms Office installed so I'm looking at online references for most of these. Only 2 of the answers I've got so far are actually installed on my PC (Windows 7 Ultimate, if you're wondering).

Finally got Q5 & 7, still stuck with 6 & 8 though. :/
Q7 I was sure I'd already tried, but then again the hint kinda throws it off.
Edit: Got Q8, just 6 now. I have no idea what the hint is referencing.
