I think selecting the button means the game is restricted to that region.
Assuming your steam profile is correct and you're from ohio, you pretty much never need to worry about that

it's easy, if you have a region-locked game, you need to specify that in the GA creation page.
gifts usually have a tag, keys are tricky. if you are in a ROW region you shouldn't worry much about it unless you trade.

Aha, ok well thank you both. I now get the idea. Thats cool, I dont think Ive even bought a region restricted game outside of the ww2 shooters that german players arent allowed. Thank you :)

So I've started my climb up the GA ladder but I havent a clue about these radio button for region restriction. Can anyone explain if I select the radio button to approve regions, or disapprove them? I couldnt find an explanation in the faq, but then I am pretty oblivious and may have looked right at it and it didnt register. lol
