The mystery cards have a date to be shown on 11th of June. The rumor is pretty much true.

Wouldn't trust on Mystery cards. First I had bunch with no dates on them. After selling them and getting some more they had Tradable & Marketable After: 6/10/2015, 10:00:00 AM (example of one: http://steamcommunity.com/id/mep82/inventory/#753_6_1815052218 ) and on another day did get another one and it had Tradable & Marketable After: 6/12/2015, 10:00:00 AM (example of one: http://steamcommunity.com/id/mep82/inventory/#753_6_1822291803 ). So yeah, wouldn't trust anything trading cards are telling as summer sale date.

That's just standard one week trading lock.
Mystery cards (instead of coupons) has been added 9 days prior previously and it matches to leaks & thursday.

All of those are from Received from crafting a badge. When first got them they didn't had such restriction and sold them. Them got more they had date. Then got more that didn't had date. Then got more and it had date. So that date is not on everything.

The mystery cards are trade blocked if you brought at least one card for the crafting from the market. And as date it receives the higets date on the used cards.

Date will be there is the cards used to craft the badge have the date. If all cards are at least 7 day old from market there will be no date.
