Notepad locally, and Google Drive when I can be bothered as a backup.

how do you insert your data in the form?
I just post a key to the bot in private steam chat together with game name - bot then automatically tries to match the game name to the store appID, and reports what he matched. If there is no case, I'm adding extra one (very rarily).
When it comes to SG, the name from store is used (the one previously saved).

I store them in my Steam account. :P
I have no loose key anywhere and if I do I don't keep it for longer than a week or two.

Am I the only one here who keeps his keys undiscovered on the bundle sites' libraries?
I manage a spreadsheet with just the games written on it, with info on their quantities, where I got them, and their projected CV.
I color-coded them, green for the unused, orange for those part of running giveaways, and red for the sent ones.

I don't store them. I just keep a text file with a list of all the games I have and next to each game it says what bundle it was in. When I want the key, I log in and get it.

I have always stored keys in an excel spreadsheet and then deleted them when used but recently I had 4 giveaways come up as duplicate because I had obviously given them away once before and forgot to mark them off or delete them.
Are there any programs for storing keys?
Or if not how do you all do it?
