can you say what site? I'm Pole and I have a few ppl I know in a few polish retail stores, so maybe I'd know or could ask ;)
And worry not - posting region stores is not against the rules (encouraging to use VPN/Proxy may be in some cases, but not simple mention) - look at Nuuvem thread that is up for months now :D:

Looking at Steamdb.info there doesn't seem to be any region-restricted Blackguards key in the system.

So, I have found Blackguards for about 2,50€. Pretty good price as far as I know. I would share a link but it's a polish site and I am not sure if there are any region restrictions. I asked the site's support but they told me to ask publisher... Now, I own this game (I live in Poland so it works for me) so I can check it for you if there is any way to do it.
