Ubi is having a Black Friday sale where you can buy one get one game free, and the offers are pretty decent: http://shop.ubi.com/store/ubina/en_US/html/pbPage.BOGO

Not all the eligible free games show up in the offers list after you add a valid product so if you don't see the free game you want you'll need to click "Don't Add" at the bottom of the page, go back to the store and find the game you do want. It should say $0.00 under the price, add that to cart, then checkout. I got Watch Dogs that way :))

Buy 1 of these:

  • Assassin's Creed Unity
  • Far Cry 4
  • Dragon Age Inquisition
  • Alien: Isolation
  • Assassin's Creed Rouge
  • Tales from the Borderlands

Did it have steam keys?

It's on Ubisoft's shop so those are uplay, not steam keys.

I would have too but $17.99 for both games is an amazing deal. I've been waiting to buy Temple of Osiris, glad I waited.

Steamworks give steam keys.

Lara, Dead Rising 3, Metro, Alien, Gunslinger, South Park - those should give Steam keys.
Maybe The Evil Within?

Warning - that's just a gut feeling, I don't have evidence.

Call of Juarez Gunslinger is an ubisoft game.

But it's (surprisingly) Steamworks game.

Might be because it was made by Techland, while Ubisoft only dealt with releasing it on dvds/consoles.

ubisoft is weird.

Gunslinger is actually a Techland game, and they might just get in bed with Ubisoft about physical distribution.
Happens all the time.

Like Wasteland 2, which physical items/discs were being made/helped/whatever by Deep Silver, but DS had none (or nearly none, maybe some help with QA) impact on game-development.

some bonus games are not here - for example watch dogs, AC: BF...And there is no button No Add in EU store (it is just in US store)

Please read my instructions in the post, you need to add it from the store, not from the bonus offers page.

Posting deals = "shilling" now?

Whether or not someone got paid to make a post/thread, doesn't make it any less of an advertisement if it acts just the same as an advertisement.

Most people here tend to like when hidden/obscure/substantial deals are posted. I know I would have never heard about most bundle sites, price errors, Amazon deals, and so on without forums like SG and r/gamedeals.

Besides, the title clearly states what the topic is about. What is the point in clicking on a "shill's ad" if you don't want to see it?

Just a light hearted joke about the detailed post that reads like an ad.

This is a gaming forum, I just wanted to share a really great deal i got for myself (I also reported the deal back to Dealzon about the deal combo and they posted it as a separate hot deal). There's no referral link and I don't work for any of those sites.

If you're not interested please kindly move on.

Hi syclonix, do you get steam keys too for that games?

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Watchdogs doesn't have a steam key but Watchdogs uses Ubisoft's DRM so even if you get a steam key you have to still launch Uplay as far as I know.

Temple of Osiris has no key given (yet) because it was a preorder.

So I can buy Lara Croft for $17 and get up to a $60 game for free?

Well, if any of those games from lower list are for $60...

You need to buy from upper list, and then you can pick one of the lower games for free.

Why would you want to give money to ubishit?

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Its not about wanting to give money to ubisoft. They are offering a great deal and we are partaking in it. As consumers with not much disposable income, we will not think twice about who the seller is.

Comment has been collapsed.

You are still supporting a company with extremely shitty business practices with your hard earned money. Not to mention you have to use their shitty DRM service. Nothing will change as long as people keep giving them money.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Some of the games give steam keys and if the costumer wants to use their shitty DRM service, it is their wish to do so.

We don't really have a choice when it comes down to it if our income is extremely limited. We can only really choose between yer or no. Buy it on uplay, support ubisoft or dont buy it at all.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

You don't have a choice? What? Is someone pointing a gun to your head and making you buy them?

You can choose between buying a ubisoft game, buying a game from a different developer/publisher or not buying anything at all. By buying ubisoft games, you're actively supporting them as a company, along with their shitty business practices. You are actively supporting a company that is slowly ruining PC gaming.

Seriously, PC gamers deserve all that's coming to them. Instead of voting with your wallet, keep throwing money at ubisoft, EA and other shitty companies, but don't cry when you get review embargos, games that are so broken upon release that they're barely playable, full of bugs and glitches, day one DLC, season passes, pre-order bonuses, always online DRM, ever increasing prices, lack of optimisation, ridiculously high system requirements, 60 FPS limit or even 30 FPS limit. You deserve it all.
