Did not recieve game

I'm just posting this to ask about if there is anything to be done about me not getting the game I won. It has been a week, with no game sent to email or a friend request on Steam. I checked the giver's inventory and the game was there. So is there anything to be done other than mark as not received or am I just going to not get my game?

see when was the last time on and try to contact him/her today, if that fails then sure, you should mark it as not received.

if the giver keeps ignoring you then just do what you have to do, kill zombies

Sent the friend request to him already. Can't post comments or anything on profile without adding as friend though, so I have to wait for him to accept.
