GoGoBundle/OtakuBundle vanished.
Chrono.gg isn't selling anymore either.

And somehow funny that Kinguin/G2Play are listed differently, since they are the same.

Green Man Gaming, Groupees, Gamesbillet, GamersGate, Voidu, WinGamesStore, Gamesplanet and HRK if I'm not mistaken are all okay.

G2A, Kinguin, Gamivo and any other grey market site like these aren't allowed on SG.

What do you mean by "these are not allowed on SG"?

Currently #14 under "User Content" in our Guidelines.

Reselling keys and links to reseller stores. Do not use our site to resell keys, and do not post offers from stores which allow third parties to resell their keys or gifts. For example, do not ask others if they are interested in buying your leftover keys from a recent bundle purchase, or link to keys for sale on sites such as Kinguin, G2A, or Eneba.

Thanks for the clarification. You made it sound as if it was not allowed to gift keys bought from these stores, whereas nothing regarding this is in the guidelines.

Question, why is G2A not approved, but people approve of Kinguin and cdkeys?

G2A has been proven to facilitate stolen keys, keys brought with stolen money, etc.

Kinguin was mentioned just above by a mod saying it's not allowed, which makes sense, it's a grey market site. CDkeys iirc is one of the better "technically grey" sites, which might be why it's allowed. Can't say I've personally heard of any issues from there.

No, I understand the problems with G2A, I'm saying that I feel that Kinguin and CDKeys are shady as well.

I have bought a few keys from Gamivo (and shared some of them on Steamgifts as well) and never had a problem.
I would like to know if anyone here has had any problems with Gamivo, or their keys. Always thought it was a legit site..

Is Greenman really official seller? I remember they were selling pre-order keys after game release few times

Tbh, although I don't like this practice because of the unexpected price bump, they're basically just being transparent about the outrageous fees sucked in by payment processors...

The store is reselling volume licenses or OEM keys for Microsoft Windows/ Microsoft Office. Avoid them at all cost.

Even big legit sites sell those... Windows licenses are so weird, and it seems Microsoft will tolerate anything as long as it means one more PC running their software...

The store will ask you about your country of origin at checkout. Once you select EU country, EU VAT will be added to the final price

That's actually the legal way to do it in EU. If they do indeed pay the VAT to the specified country. Which I wouldn't be so sure of, but who knows, maybe they're actually paying attention to following the law? They won't get the police knocking at their door for reselling keys, wouldn't be good for their business to have some local IRS giving the police a real reason to pay a visit 👀

Fun fact - if STEAM had not made it possible you couldn´t even trade keys - so why don´t they just disable that part of their trading system ?
too many legal issues with past purchases maybe .. or is STEAM itself somehow profiting from the way things are.

SteamGround doesn't seem to be legit. I contacted a few devs by email a few months ago asking if they knew their games were being sold there, and they didn't even know the site existed prior to that.
