I just donated my first gift on this site and a player named "Stalin" won. I will comment no further on that...Should i send the key or not...what do 'ya all think?

There's no steamgifts rule that says you can opt to not send the gift because you're offended by a user name. You can choose not to send it, but they would be well within their rights to mark the game as not received. And I doubt that the staff is going to give you a reroll on it on the basis of you not liking their user name.

Also, there are people in the world today who's last name is Stalin. Are you going to judge someone solely based on their name? That's a bit shallow, isn't it?

There are no strict rules for a lot of stuff, yet ppl are getting suspended for that (like yesterday suicide encouraging stuff). Don't mistake TOS-based communities with a private site.

You could ask for a reroll, but other than that, there's really nothing you can do. Steam Gifts is random, and some people are perhaps more deserving than others. However, that doesn't mean that the people who win should be subject to a second screening.
