You are probably crap out of luck. Restricted regions are generally cheaper copies, and no one will trade it for a full priced ROW copy.

We decide that he would buy a card from me so that I can just buy NV myself, unrestricted and he can get all my bundle games and have the restricted copy to trade. But what's the best way to do this? I put a card on the market for $10.50, which will be $12.07 for him. When he clicks "Buy", there's a box that says "What price do you want to pay". I told him to put "12.07" in there but when he does, my name doesn't pop so we're not 100% sure this will work. Does anyone know if it will?

It won't, you need something that lets you see the previous version of the market. Most items won't do that, but some stuff still does.

Got BattleBlock Theater? The Steam market for that stuff still has classic view.

Yo guys, I've been trying to trade a bunch of bundle keys (recent stuff) for a vanilla copy of Fallout: New Vegas. I found a trader but he didn't realize gifts from him would be restricted due to where he lives. Any suggestions on what I can do to get a non-restricted gift of NV? Any special place to try? Already have a trade topic up for it.
