I bought Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition from Humble Store but not sure about the region. Steamdb says WW means Region Free.

Still want someone who redeemed to confirm.

Not OP but pretty much. There are a few instances, however, where global keys cannot be activated in certain countries (usually China, Japan, or Germany) due to country laws there, but overall, Worldwide keys work everywhere.

I got this during a pricebug and it activated as Borderlands 3: Ultimate Edition (RU / CIS)

I also got during the price bug only and I am wondering the same. May I know from which country you got it from? Steamdb only has WW which is the reason I am confused.

I received this package: https://steamdb.info/sub/516215/

When SteamDB says the package name is Steam Sub <some number> it's because no one has donated a key for that package to SteamDB or used their Token Dumper to update the database. So the other regions are there, but they are labeled Steam Sub xxxxxx.

Little blue section under additional information:

Do you have a key for this package? (even if it was already used)
You can donate the key to SteamDB, our bot will be able to update the package name.

I bought the same price bugged Borderlands 3: Ultimate Edition, redeemed the key, and then donated the used key to SteamDB. They then updated the package name to Borderlands 3: Ultimate Edition (WW) because that was the one I got for purchasing from Canada.

Don't donate an unused key unless you want SteamDB to redeem it.

That means Ultimate Edition has only one Region - WW ?

No. There are many regional packages listed, they just don't have package names yet.

As StarPONY indicated, he got a region locked key. So Humble could have given you a region locked key too depending on your country of purchase and/or account country setting.

It looks like there are 6 regions for the Ultimate Edition.

Ah okay then. This is what I wanted to know. Thanks man. If there are six regions for UE, it is almost 99.99% confirmed that I got a region lock code.

About two months ago I bought this package on HB for something about 9$
This price was about 5 hours after which it increased significantly. I think it was a pricebug

Your steam profile says you're from India OP so you'll probably get this borderlands 3 ultimate version region locked cd key when you buy it: https://steamdb.info/sub/516217/info/
