Need help with phones!

Hi fellas!
As some of you might now a lot more about mobilephones than me, I'd like to ask your opinion! My brother's buying a new phone and asked me to do some research for him. His price range is 100-250€ so one can't buy him a top-notch phone that costs 600€.
From two Finnish resellers, here and here, which phone would you recommend? I would also love some explanations why so I could tell him something about the phones.
