Is there a way to check for which regions (HB) keys can be redeemed?

Hi all,

Been trying to give some keys from July's bundle and people keep telling me they are region locked. Also, is the UK considered the same region as the rest of EU?

For HB, I always check the threads, e.g. https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/6L3NB/humble-bundle-july-2023-humble-choice-44-the-outer-worlds-back-in-stock

Edit: Choice July seems to have rather heavy region locks.
