It says "Standard Edition" in the link you provided (check embedded image), so it's just the base game you'll be getting if you buy that listing.

It's priced the same as The following enhanced edition and the listing is exactly the same as it was before the following was released. People who bought this one got the following for free as far as I remember. This is why I wanted to ask in case someone purchased it and could give info. There has been glitches like that with other games in the past.

Without contacting Amazon though there's no way to know whether or not they've since restocked with keys that are just the base game and since there's no mention of it there'd be no grounds for complaints about only receiving that.
EDIT: Receiving The Following also doesn't match Enhanced Edition which includes the rest of the season pass as well.
