I'm looking for games that have alot of rain or based around rain or whatever. As long as it has lots of rain.
Edit: Just to clarify, I just like games that have this wet but comfy vibe to them. And the sound of rain is super chill wouldn't you agree.

No giveaway hidden here right now, might include one later, but have "The Void" ... taken 53GXQ-IDE6R-52IHR taken

Is "Heavy Rain" related to rain?
I've played some Max Payne,it was dark and rainy...
Also you can buy weather effects of rain in Dota 2, so it will be always rain for you!
P.S: Void was stolen under my nose, or you already used it xp

Yes, Heavy Rain is related to rain. It's a major factor in certain elements of the game.

What are you talking about? The last level has so much rain going on it should be named "Definitly going to rain, bring an umbrella".

Yeah, listen to the thunder cloud, he knows what he's talking about.

Dreamweb, you can't really see it but you will hear rain falling (and some thunder) pretty much the entire game. http://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/dreamweb.

I been playing and being a fan of point and click since the 90's, i know almost all the obscure ones. ;)
I still have the original cd of this, believe the manual included was called diary of a madman.
Talkie version adds even more to the atmosphere.

Banished has rain... you could also set the settings to "harsh winter" if you wanted lotsa rain and snow and then fast forward all the seasons except winter.
And then?
Then, enjoy rain.
They actually have some good rain sounds.

Yes I can only agree that banished has good rain sound but the game gets boring after a while imo.

Well, it kinda depends on the way you play it.
But yeah, the concept of surviving the first few years and then just expanding your city gets a bit boring by time. Hunting achievements and adding mods could spice up the game a little bit though.

Well Banished is all about seeing the grass grows so its expected. Sadly game pauses when you alt-tab else I would be playing it on the background and check it every now and then, kinda feels like idle game once you set jobs for everybody.

By that account. Minecraft seems to be situated in either Great Britain or The Netherlands for how frequently it rains...
Though mods are necessary to make that rain more impressive.

Do you only want to look at rain, or do you want some gameplay mechanics somehow affected by rain?

If it's only graphics - Max Payne 2, Watch_Dogs, GTA-series. L4D2 Hard Rain campaign has lots of rain. Batman: Arkham Knight. Not sure if Skyrim or Fallouts had rain on it's own or if you had to mod them in. Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes. Sleeping Dogs. And arena or two in MKX happens during rain.

Good games that have good rain. But I rather want to hear rain than see it btw. I'm just hoping that someone to recommend some games I didn't know about that fit in what I look for.

Skyrim has a great rain/thunderstorm mod... Think it is called "Supreme Storms"?

They just added weather to 7 days to die, but it still needs some work, as it's a bit bugged as of now, though every now and then it will peal thunder that actually makes me jump
