You can do it for 1 person. This is if the link is not exposed to public as invite only means others who find the code, which is the 5 digit will still be able to enter. So I think that it will be more applicable if u can just send him a message on steam to let him decode or straight away. In which leaded to the giveaway.

You can do this yes, keep in mind that it wont give you any CV since you need more then 5 entries for that.

Thank you all for the answers! I'll create the giveaway and make him decode it or something. Thanks!

I've known people that've thrown up giveaways, gotten people they trusted to enter them, then had the intended winner join. That winner'd see the entries as they join, and think nothing special of the giveaway- but then the giveaway creator notifies their trusted entrants, who all leave the giveaway, leaving the intended winner as the only possible winner. :)

Hi, today is the birthday of a good friend of mine and I don't want just to give him the gift trough Steam, so I was wondering about making a giveaway just for him and make it more special. I don't want to do it just for increasing my sent gifts value but for making it funny. So if I create a giveaway with invite only mode, can I make it only for one person? It's ok or I'm breaking any rule? Thanks.
